Scholarship covers:
Free education for the entire duration of the selected program; technical allowance (for the entire period of study, regardless of the success of the candidate). In 2020, the average pension will be 1,484 rubles (about $ 22) per month; accommodation in the dormitory (if any).
The state scholarship does not include the following:
travel expenses; living expenses; voluntary health insurance policy

Name of the scholarship: 2019 – 2023 Azerbaijan Government Program Scholarship for PhD
Brief about scholarship:
In order to strengthen the academic capacity of Azerbaijani higher education institutions, it is the priority of the DP Scholarship to provide training for doctoral students at the world’s top universities. To apply to scholarship, you must obtain admission from a university, which must be in the top 500 according to the Times Higher Education.
Scholarship covers:
-education expenses;
– visa and registration fees in the country of study;
– monthly living expenses;
– health insurance costs;
– international transport costs.
