Brief about scholarship:
Apart from providing education opportunities at an international caliber as well as a wealth of knowledge and experience, Turkey offers scholarships to international students from all over the world to study in the most prestigious universities in Turkey. Turkey scholarships is a government funded, competitive scholarships program, awarded to outstanding students to pursue full-time or short-term program at the top universities in Turkey. Turkey Scholarships aims to build a network of future leaders committed to strengthening cooperation among countries and mutual understanding among societies.
Scholarship covers:
Undergraduate Scholarship Program
University and program placement
Monthly Stipend 800TL per month
Tuition fee
Once-off return Flight Ticket
Health Insurance
Accommodation
One year Turkish Language course
Length of award:
1 year Turkish Language course + 4-6 years (depending on the normal duration of the program)
Postgraduate Scholarship Program
University and program placement
Monthly stipend:
Master’s: 1,100 TL per month
PhD: 1,600 TL per month

Length of award:
Master’s: 1 year Turkish Language course + 2 years,
PhD: 1 year Turkish Language course + 4 years.

A valid National Identification Document OR a valid Passport
A recent Photo of the candidate (Please note that the photo you upload into the Application system must be a proper portrait of yourself, candidate photos which are not identifiable will undermine the evaluation of your application)
National exam scores (required for candidates who do not possess any international qualification or certification)
Diploma or temporary certificate of Graduation
Academic transcripts (online screenshots and uncertified transcripts will undermine the evaluation of your application) from Lyceum, university
International exam scores (GRE, GMAT, DELF, YDS, YÖS …etc. if required by the chosen university & program)
Language test scores (if required by the chosen university & program)

Name of the scholarship: 2019 – 2023 Azerbaijan Government Program Scholarship for PhD
Brief about scholarship:
In order to strengthen the academic capacity of Azerbaijani higher education institutions, it is the priority of the DP Scholarship to provide training for doctoral students at the world’s top universities. To apply to scholarship, you must obtain admission from a university, which must be in the top 500 according to the Times Higher Education.
Scholarship covers:
-education expenses;
– visa and registration fees in the country of study;
– monthly living expenses;
– health insurance costs;
– international transport costs.
Documents required:
CV (English, maximum 2-3 pages)
copy of the first 3 pages of the passport;
health certificate (translation-certified);
translation and approval of copies of diplomas and diploma supplements (for those applying for doctoral degrees) for bachelor’s and master’s degrees;
Certificate of education issued by your current educational institution (indicating the date of admission and graduation) and a copy of the latest transcript / academic transcripts);

Brief about scholarship:
The Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan implements a scholarship program for financing the education of young people in prestigious foreign universities – Master’s degree.
Scholarship covers:
Tuition fee;
Visa fee;
Registration costs of students in the host country;
Living expenses (dormitory or apartment, daily food, transport, etc.);
Health insurance costs;
Travel expenses to the host country once a year.
