Name of the scholarship: HTP Scholarship
Brief about scholarship:
HTP is an intergovernmental education program. In these scholarship programs, the State of Azerbaijan participates in the process of admission and assessment of students. The Ministry of Education plays the role of a supervisory body in these scholarships. Because the activity of HTP is within the framework of interstate bilateral agreements.
Scholarship covers:
• University registration fee
• Tuition fees
• Laboratory costs
• Cost of experience
• Teaching materials
• Dormitory expenses
• Monthly living expenses
Funded by Azerbaijan:
• International transportation costs (return ticket once each academic year)

Documents required:
2 applications must be completed
• CV (English, maximum 2-3 pages)
Copy of the first 3 pages of the passport;
• health certificate (certified by translation);
• translation and approval of a copy of the certificate or secondary diploma (for those applying for a bachelor’s degree);
• translation and approval of a copy of the diploma and diploma supplement for bachelor’s degree (for those applying for a master’s degree);
• translation and approval of copies of diplomas and diploma supplements for bachelor’s and master’s degrees (for applicants for doctoral degrees);
• Certificate of education issued by your current educational institution (indicating the date of admission and graduation) and a copy of the latest document / academic record);
• 2 color photos.
